APPROVED: Guidelines on the Imposition of Fines and Penalties

The Guidelines on the Imposition of Fines and Penalties were created by the LEHOA Advisory Council and approved by the LEHOA Board of Directors last July 8, 2023. This policy will be implemented effective January 8, 2024.
